comu.

Terms of service

1. What comu is

comu hosts token-gated community spaces. A creator (the “team”) launches a space, sets a gate, and runs it. Holders sign in with a wallet and are admitted while their wallet meets the gate. comu never takes custody of tokens and never asks for a transaction to sign in.

2. Wallets and signatures

Signing in means signing a plain-text statement. It proves you control the wallet and nothing else. We read public balances to run the gate. You are responsible for the security of your keys.

3. Teams

Teams own their space’s content, member list, and branding. Teams must not use comu to promote securities in violation of law, to run scams, or to harvest data. We can pause or remove a space that does. Ownership transfers require signatures from both wallets.

4. Holders

Posting in a space is subject to that space’s moderation. Teams can remove you; comu can remove anyone for abuse. Points are a record of participation and carry no monetary value on comu.

5. Billing

During beta every space runs on the Beta plan at no charge. When billing opens, Pro is billed per space per month by card or in USDC; Free stays free with the limits shown on the pricing page. We give 30 days notice before beta pricing ends.

6. Liability

comu is provided as is. We are not responsible for token prices, gate outcomes caused by chain outages, or content posted by teams and holders. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last three months.

7. Changes

We will announce material changes in every space and on this page 14 days before they take effect.
